After months of collecting data about the website and the needs of industry leaders, the survey went live. We announced on all social media platforms and shared with folks we knew felt silenced or ignored in their workplaces. It was shared a retweeted by folks working on other marginalized communities issues.
Out of a need to create a space for folks to centrally locate resources to learn about and support marginalized, Conscious Unbias was born. The first phase is a repository that provides resources to address systemic inequities and support organizations doing the work.
