Documenting my online consulting journey
It started out as a way to combat cabin fever during Corona Craziness. Now it's become addictive and rewarding. I've decided to take bits and pieces that keep recurring in my consultations and write a blog about it.
So I've done over 20 consults with the community, and many recurring themes starting arising, and I decided to write a blog post:

In this blog post, I talk about a cool tool to quickly create, assess and commit to a product roadmap that gives you laser focus.
I've also created a handy template in Google Sheets that you can use for this method - https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1MW-KsqmECDEvfZ59ffb8MR-lQmiPXpiE-d2w_AxS0cc/template/preview
To decide what to write about I created a survey using Google Forms:

Sure, this isn't a HUGE accomplishment, but I believe in celebrating the little things.
I've been commenting, posting and just immersing myself in this community. The point system really gives an amazing sense of accomplishment, I've had a couple of comments that received over 10 upvotes. It gives me encouragement and energy to keep coming back and giving value while getting back love.
After a little over a week, I had met 12 teams from all over the world!
Recurring patterns began to emerge and I started feeling like I had a lot to say.
I started a Trello board with a list of blog post ideas from suggestions and "aha" moments that occurred in those meetings.
I wound up with 49 (!!!!) of those.
I decided to open a Substack account and start writing, see if people find what I have to say interesting.

On March 25th I posted here on IH that I'd be happy to give free consultations to community members.

I limited the number of meetings to 2 a day, really thinking I was overreacting, but I was booked solid for a few days in advance!
I started meeting the most inspiring and amazing people.
