Hired a dev on Upwork

Since I hire a lot on Upwork, it was the perfect place to find a developer for my idea. I published the job post and interviewed a few guys. I settled on one guy who was really understanding the problem and even proposing better ways of doing some things than i had initially thought of. We set the milestones up, I funded the first milestone which was to build the CMS and main site pages. Work started.

      It went very well. We are still working on the product. I think it is important to speak to a couple of devs there and just figure out who understands what you are going for better.
