Tested the idea

Like so many creators on this forum, I first tested the waters by seeing if there was any interest in a copywriting and conversion skillset. Founders are overwhelmingly technical - would they value advice on writing?

Turns out yes! Six people replied to my thread. I had initially intended to send quick 5-minute reviews of their landing pages, but I ended up going deep at 20 minutes a pop.

This was one of the most valuable business lessons I'd ever received. From it I gained my first two customers.
