First Paying Customer!

I have been experimenting with a lot of marketing channels where I can promote our service. I learned that it's pretty important to communicate with your potentials customers. I haven't launched any ads at this point as we want to be able to gain more insights regarding our customers and how our service can help solve their design problems. By simply asking questions and getting some feedback from your potential customers, we were able to land our first paying customer. I think what helped close the sale is because of those conversations that eventually lead to the customer trusting us. It is important to make sure that there is a person behind the computer when interacting with potential customers.
