Retention wasn't that great on the MVP. But we were able to capture a lot of valuable feedback (Mixpanel, email, & interviews).
A lot of our initial users said that they liked the idea but what they really wanted was to get tips on fun things to do, not just places to do them at.
We concluded that a slight pivot was needed so we created a Dad Feed in the app where we listed fun things to do with your kids in our initial market Stockholm. The feed contained events at museums, play lands etc and also showcased businesses offering activities to kids.
