db of structured notes + way to find most relevant episodes
I can't help but take notes while listening to the IH pod. Decided to structure those notes and put them in an airtable in a way they can be useful to others.
Spent more time than expected on each episode, about 2 hours to listen, write notes. Turn notes into structured data in airtable. Look up things mentioned in the episode, add links. Some additional research and actions for me. I also tried to tweet the best quotes and tidbits from each episodes.
The 11 customers - most came from Twitter and a few more from within communities that I'm a part of.

I shared a screenshot of my airtable database so far on Twitter. Someone asked if it was a paid product. So I made it one!
I plan to ship on April 15 with 25 episodes and then go from there. I'll probably keep adding to it indefinitely, but at a slower frequency of maybe 1 or 2 episodes per week.
I have a long history with the IH podcast. I've been listening to it since episode 0 :) I can't help but take notes while I'm listening to it, and then spend time looking up things mentioned in the podcast. That is how I've learned of all the products, people, communities.
I thought about putting some structure to these notes scribbled in my notebook, many times. It seemed time intensive so procrastinated in doing it...until March of 2021 when I was looking for a project for the 5 week just-ship-it challenge I was hosting.
