Finished Content Plan and looking for Writers

Hey everybody,

We finished our content plan and looking for writers to help us create content.
We decided to focus on 2 major directions:

  1. SEO optimized content for our blog and website. The goal is to get free search traffic.
  2. Content for external platforms and communities. The goal is to reach our target audience in it's habitat.

Right now we are looking for technical writers. Native speaker, familiarity with SEO and programming/devops is a must.

My main search channels are:

  1. Searching to authors on Dzone, Stackify and similar websites - this one is so far the best channel.
  2. Fiverr, Upwork, etc - not good for us.
  3. Friends and recommendations.

How do you find writers for your content? Are there any lifehacks?

why not on fiverr and upwork? for quality reasons? just curious.
