December 3, 2021 $600 MRR and 3 Customers During Soft Launch

I've been working on the offer and set up for over a week now, but I've managed to get 3 paying customers already - with minimal marketing done. What's better validation, than paying customers? Sure - I've provided review discounts (so I can get up-to-date reviews), but still - I'm getting a nice, steady revenue stream. My goal for December = 10 customers. It's extremely ambitious, but not impossible. Fingers crossed!

Targetting a very specific niche (Tech Founders struggling with marketing) is paying off. Rather than focusing on the whole world, I'm trying to target a specific group of potential buyers. This approach makes everything so much easier!

November 14, 2021 D vs. M Launched!

Today I've launched Developers vs. Marketing - a boutique marketing agency for tech founders. The idea is validated by having a single customer already - now onwards to finding more. I plan to get 6 more by the end of the month. To achieve it I'm going full-time with this idea! It's risky, but I believe in it.
