We've gone multilingual

Okay, by 'we' I mean 'I', but the website has gone multilingual. And that allowed me to ask a friend outside of The Netherlands to add a dog welcoming place in the US. So surely enough, now we also list Austin, SF and Portland.

At least the language shouldn't be a barrier anymore...
