We are currently finalizing the last illustrations and are in the last stage of the development of our custom illustration library. We were already looking for a way to treat our customer in a better way and at the same time growing our business. We were brainstorming and came up with the best solution. A perk program! We were trying to find new and unique ways to promote our unlimited design service on other platforms. Since most of the deals were lifetime deals and our service is a monthly subscription, we tried to think outside the box and came with valuable solution. Our very own credit system! People can exchange credits in exchange of one of our request categories. Every category has a different amount of credits that are required. Let's see how this will do on deal sites.
Does someone has experience in launching a deal for a productized service on deal sites?
A few weeks ago it started very hard for us to see who of our team member was busy, how much work they were doing and if they are available for more work. After brainstorming and calculating for weeks, we've came up with a feature that made an amazing impact on our business. By launching an occupancy rate overview segmented by team and worker; we could finally see how the operations of our business is flowing. Turned out that we overhired way too much and that our average occupancy rate is only at 30%. This made us make drastic moves on our organisation and put more focus on marketing and sales efforts. I highly recommend everyone that is a service provider to integrate such features. You can shoot me a message if you want to know how we done it.
Such an amazing journey. At this point we are growing so fast, that we the demand is much higher than our capacity. To add, we have accomplished to get an extremely low churn-rate, that helps us to seal clients for the long run! Given this, and the launch of our brand new platform, we have decided to increase our prices. It feels quite hard to do, but all in all this seems the most logical solution that will take our business to the next level. Very exciting to see what will come out of it.
After many months of blood sweat and tears it finally happened. Our brand new platform is launched. With tons of new features we become a true challenger in the space.

Wow, who knew that everything is moving so fast. We are growing rapidly, therefore we decided to open a brand new office in Bangkok, Thailand. Right in the center of Bangkok. We've started our first evening shift crew to have a better delivery for the client. We've noticed that most of our clients are coming from the US and Europe; which creates a gap in the delivery time. The first step for us was to let our staff work in the evening. In the near future, we are searching to fuel our staff on the other side of the world to fill the last shift.
Graphic Design can become quite expensive due to non-transparent pricing. Outsourcing seems the only logical solution. However, in developing countries there's a lack in structure & efficiency.
