50+ new sign ups from a tweet

Last week I shared that I'd got to a decent MVP version of Letter on Twitter. From sharing that, there was a mini spike in subscribers, going from 1028 to 1082 over a week...today there are 1084

About 30 of them came within 1-2 days of sharing, and more trickled in during the week. I'm using Product Hunt Ship for the landing page, so I wonder if this has an effect on increasing relevant subscribers.

This was what i shared, I've now got it pinned on my twitter page:

Congrats! I saw your twitter feed has lots of awesome gifs of the app in action. Do you use any tool to record or edit your gifs?

hey thank you! I just use gifbrewery.com and tweak the settings..usually keep it to 15-20 sec max for recording, and increase the speed so that the framecount is around 20

thank you! It's pretty much just been solving my own problem, and has grown slowly over quite a long time now - the timeline is quite cool to look back on: https://www.indiehackers.com/product/email-otter
