Job board for email marketing professionals around the globe
Being an email marketing professional for several years, I've experienced that the role was always in high demand. But comparing jobs was often a pain, so a centralized job board would be a good solution.
Happy to have launched this Email Jobs Compare functionality. Finally, a way to quickly check and compare jobs on the most important workplace attributes. I haven't seen many job boards offer this, while it is such a no-brainer. Who likes to have 10 tabs open while job hunting anyway? No-one right?
This way, it just becomes easier. Check it out via emailjobs.io/jobs
Recently, the job board is getting a lot of attention - not only from visitors who give great feedback and keep coming back, but also from companies posting a lot more jobs - it truly is a humbling experience to help out and feel trusted like this by so many people.
And there are still such great things to come, let's gooooo!
When you are searching for a job, a weekly email with the latest jobs will just not be enough. Especially when you are really in need of a new job soon. That's why we have found a way to set up a daily email newsletter filled with email marketing and related jobs.
Its a small, but necessary improvement!
Safe to say, gmail and other google products were our design inspiration. Now completely updated with more functionality - saving jobs and a place where you can see your latest viewed jobs.
Job boards are most of the time very boring and all look the same, without really delivering any value. That's why we've set out to make something better.
And this is just the first update of this year 馃憖
We've hit a huge milestone!
Developing and growing a job board is a huge pain and takes a lot of time. It is really not for the faint of heart. Especially if you are actually curating each job you find. But here we are, over 1500 already and so many more to go. We are also noticing a huge spike in new subscribers since December :D
We cannot wait to see the reaction to our updated version!
Crafting an updated design to the job board to make it more intuitive! Launching it soon, cannot wait to see what the community think of it.
Since its conception, visitors could send feedback / improvements they think are handy. So happy to received some and will implement them soon.
Also planning some to launch more features this year to make this a real gem for the email marketing community.
Amazing and so rewarding, the feeling you get when someone buys you a coffee! I've helped someone land their dream email marketing job and the individual was so happy, that he used my buymeacoffee link!
The amount was way more than I hoped for and it will go directly into improving the job board, as I am completely bootstrapping this.
Here's to making more emailgeeks find their new job in 2021!
Well, after spending a month or so on building the framework, we could still go on and on and on tweaking, improving and stuff like that. But instead, we decided to go live and to see the initial reaction. As we have coded this job board from the ground up by hand, we have more flexibility to just make look just however we want. Now on to add more and more jobs!
Here we go https://emailgeeks.io
Getting ready to launch, but still want to 'finalize' some things before putting the MVP live. One such thing was the 'Dark Mode' that you see everywhere. Today, I've coded it up and it's absolutely awesome. Cannot wait to shave off the rough edges, add some final tweaks, and put this board online already. Besides that, over 10 relevant filters are now available, which might be overkill, but a nice differentiator nonetheless.
To further test out if there really is interest out there in this time-consuming effort, I informed the greater email marketing community. I've put live a form where people can subscribe to get notified when the job board launches. Very happy to see the enthusiasm from the community as the number of registrants keeps going up! Pumped to put this baby live and make the job hunt for Emailgeeks easier.
