Why market 🤔...when we can build more features?
In afterthought, I think we are caught in that "just-one-more-feature" trap. Damn. With all those warnings. How did we get there? How can we escape? 🤦♂️
We are probably afraid to start marketing. Building new stuff is fun. Marketing is new, big, and scary.
Our backlog of ideas is huge. But we have to convince ourselves that we don't need more features. Because the reality is:
✅ We have people paying for our product. (So the product is fine)
✅ Home page visitors are converting. (Landing page is fine)
❌ But we have very few home page visitors.
Now we need to start marketing. Currently, we are looking into Facebook ads. Let's see how that goes.
