Happy Monday, Indie Hackers!

  1. What we worked on last week and how well did we achieve our goals?

❌ No new customers

✅ 2 demo calls and SQLs

✅ Organic traffic is up to 930 unique per week. We need to improve our lead capture and lead sequence to nurture more leads.

✅ Launched 2 new features.

✅ Increase our website's Google Speed Insight score from 20-40 to 78-99.

✅ Published new post https://encharge.io/how-to-set-up-a-trial-welcome-email/

  1. What we’re working on this week, and what are our goals?
  • Reach out to old leads and offer a free done-for-you service. Goal is 2-fold: convert BOFU leads that are on the edge and need a last push; help create a customer success story that we can use in our marketing.
  • Set up event tracking in Segment.com / Heap and create better processes in our CRM for nurturing leads across the funnel.
  • Publish new post.
  1. Anything important we have learned or anything we're struggling with?

We ran a survey asking people "what's stopping you from implementing emails based on user actions?" We got ~100 responses. Answers: #1. I don't know how to do it #2. I already have action-based emails
