After refocussing my attention on revenue as our main metric, and our mastermind groups as our main way to acquire revenue, we reached contracts/verbal agreements to the tune of €1089 MRR!
1) What did we work on last week?
✅ I set a primary metric (MRR) and refocussed on talking to users and working on our main product. This led to 4 participants for one mastermind group, and 5 for another, which I'm very content with. These mastermind groups are the main driver of our growth, and we nearly reached our target of €1120 MRR!
✅ We had a good meetup on digital nomadism — 11 people bought a ticket, which led to €44 in revenue. However, considering our re-focus on things that truly matter, we'll leave these meetups be for now (too much effort for too little revenue)
✅ We also had a good second session for one of our currently running mastermind groups. The entrepreneurs participating were very content.
2) What are we working on this week, and what are our goals?
Getting our new mastermind group for International Founders up and running
Selling our new mastermind group for freelancers to at least 3 entrepreneurs
Make our Slack users more engaged — focus on 3 different channels within our Slack server that we want to grow.
