We've started to get email replies of excited subscribers praising the newsletter. This has been one of the most importante indicators of progress.
Up until now, we have only had close community supporters.
But now with a proper media kit we are starting to sell outside of our direct network.
Tech Stack remains our most pressing challenge.
We haven't found an email provider for our reporting or growth needs. And those who get near and really expensive (active campaign, mailchimp, etc).
It all indicates that we will need to invest most of our revenue in more acquicistion and software development.
