Congrats! You have a ton of visits! Your RPM seems low. I think that adflare would probably make you more money.

Thanks! I totally agree about the RPM and I'm always looking at new ad networks. I've never heard of adflare before and will check them out!

Your site is sick man. I have been using it for inspiration. Love the layout and idea all together. I got stuck in there. I was like man what is the best office episode lol. You are going places man. So excited for you.
I follow these guys on incomeschool.com and am trying to build up my site. Adflare only accepts sites with 100k plus traffic. They see a dramatic increase in RPM from around 5$ with adsense to 15-20 range. I've got 1k right now so I'm gonna be behind you a bit lol.

Becoming a streaming service would definitely be a bit of a stretch, but I would love to do better integration with existing streaming services. I've thought about doing things like browser extensions or smart tv apps to provide a better experience for watching the episodes based on their Episode Ninja rankings.
