Hey guys! I am excited to announce that EtsyHunt just launched a new feature called Operations. Apparently, it is where users find services that help them to operate their Etsy stores.

Users can manage reviews using the Followup Reminder. Reviews play a major part in Etsy SEO. A store loaded with positive reviews is going to rank up high in the search results. Hence, we set up this feature to help sellers get more reviews, manage follow-up emails and customer reviews.
Here is the suggested workflow:
- Authorizes EtsyHunt to access your Etsy store
- Filters out orders you want to send follow-up emails to
- Creates a follow-up email (you can use email templates EtsyHunt provides, or you can create your own)
- Copy and paste the email to your Etsy store backend where you can send emails to your customers
After sending the email, you will see updates on Operations where it shows updates on Review Status and Request Status. You will be notified when customers leave comments and ratings and see whether their comments are positive or negative against you. You can reach customers who left negative comments and low ratings for a second time and ask them what you could do better.
