Assembled the founders & planned the business

We had made a plan to build EveryMon into a solid offering for IT pros around the world, we divided the roles between the three of us and made a plan for the business.

Bryn (CEO) - Lead the business, admin and technical infrastructure

Breffni (me) - To lead everything to do with growth, how users on-board, the experience they have and retention.

Oliver (Development) - How the product is built, decisions on architecture and a leash on feature creep.

We had found there was going to be competition but we also discovered the gaps and dissatisfaction with the current solutions out there.
