Clarify in its present format has shutdown and in the middle of a pivot.

It was insanely difficult to build a hiring platform from the ground up as a solo-founder, however the knowledge gained from the journey was abundant.

In the process of repositioning Clarify to better address the hiring experience.

We launched Clarify in February 2019 with the mission to empower professionals with their achievements in order to beat their performance review, this evolved over time into a community of 500+ professionals from 30+ countries logging their achievements.

Today — and given the current global circumstances due to COVID-19 — we're announcing that Clarify for iOS is now available and completely free. We're a little earlier than we'd like, but providing help when needed most is more important to us.

With Clarify you can:

An update on Clarify since the last one was several months ago:

• We’ve now crossed the 400+ user mark 🥳
• I've significantly neglected Clarify over the summer, however with hiring season ramping up and EOY performance reviews on the horizon I'm jumping back in
• We've had 4 membership reservations for our $99 annual subscription
• $0 revenue

Working on Apply with Clarify which will allow professionals to use their achievements and skills to apply directly to jobs on Clarify. No résumé needed. No cover letter required.

We built Clarify because often times in our performance reviews and in our résumés we have the tendency to solely focus on our job descriptions when instead we should be highlighting the things we've achieved and the areas in which we've created value for our organizations.

We launched our landing page (fairpay.app) in early November, with a few screenshots of the mobile version of the platform. Mockups were produced with Sketch.
