Fajar Siddiq As A Service
"Productized Yourself" - building content, communities, microstartups, feedback & reviews
In the mean time i still do paid consulting to help other founders create their online business. I do 15 mins video call or a short meet-up. Try to understand my customers problem and providing them no-code solution and business model ideas.
Other than than i'm building my own projects slowly & got a few clients paying for my productize agency. I'm glad to sell it in packages and gradually scale the business with subscription model.
One of the lessons i learn is to prioritise tasks and get it done one by one. Slowly but surely. I don't like the feeling of overwhelm as it will affect my creativity as much as i'm focusing on productivity. Focusing to be creative is important as you move along getting things done.

I enjoyed building digital products since 2005 doing tons of graphic design as freelancer and 2011 i registered by business, i learn more about wordpress and web-designer as time pass by from a freelancer to build design agency and offer services for small medium enterprises for branding and marketing.
I had struggles with productized services on and off due to HR related like hiring people. I did manage to build 2 teams, but didn't manage to scale properly. Later on i told myself, i should up-skill myself to learn about JAMstack, Figma and more advance video-editing for production. So i made fajarsiddiq.com/work for 2 years on experimental stage, now i remove it from my website as i wanted to learn more about productized services or software as a service and grow my target audience and understand the online culture of indie-hacking. I've done it, i saw the results. It was awesome, is time to do something about my company at euphorya.co and once is done i will scale the business & team.
I have 3 companies total and now i have 10+ side-projects, my side projects a re mainly for me to learn and i want to give it a try to turn it into profitable business as that is how i started my journey in early days in learning more by doing. I hope to pivot my business as boostrapped + indie way. Been doing this for the past 15 years.
Some challenges i faced:
2018 - mental health (burnout)
2018 - laptop is dead (bought in 2012 $3999 at apple)
2019 - type 2 diabetes
2020 - laptop need fix (repair cost $1000 at apple)
Mainly cost money in financial + health.
Currently i've been nomading to near places around asia or going back to Singapore, building online communities, giving feedbacks & reviews and learning.
