My Twitter-based project favo.so has been around for more than a year already but this update really feels like a completely new chapter.
Following updates were introduced under the new tagline "superpowers for your Twitter Likes":
- there are now 3 filters in the web app for easier Twitter Likes browsing/finding (more coming soon)
- landing page got a redesign with improved copy/images
- improved email digests content (focus on recent Likes instead of random)
- paid plan (favo.so Purple) with Stripe Checkout
- some background tweaks and improvements when it comes to the Twitter API integration
What started as a weekend project to receive a random Twitter Like via email has grown into a real web app with a new approach for viewing your favorite Twitter content.
Here is a quick rundown of this so update:
- new landing page (completely redone from scratch)
- new web app for viewing Twitter Likes and managing email digest settings
- improved data sync with the Twitter API

Inspired by a tweet from @dr I made favo.so over the weekend!
The idea is quite simple: after logging in with your Twitter account, favo.so will start sending you weekly emails with one of your (randomly chosen) Twitter likes.
It's a free tool and I don't store any Twitter tokens/secrets of the user.
