We spent one weekend building the initial version of feedback fish. The whole event was live-streamed to thousands of people on productweekend.live. While streaming might seem a distracting, it helped us stay on track and get instant feedback from the viewers.
Having hundreds of people do QA testing while you develop is something we never experienced before, but turned out super helpful.
