Saw a gap in the market for an instagram automation tool that is specifically tailored to help the fitness industry.

1 Month in, what have I learnt?

So after 1 month, $1.1k revenue and 19k website views later, I've learned some tough lessons.

  1. Getting customers to pay after a free trial is HARD. I've had to tweak a lot of things after noticing that people simply weren't converting enough to make this venture profitable. I've since turned things around by adding lots of helpful tutorials to my members.

  2. Cold email marketing is the way forward. I've got a 48% open rate for my emails which are completely cold leads. But personalasation goes a long way in order to capture the interest of my target audience.

  3. Nothing comes easy. You have to be prepared to grind hard and reply to hundreds of emails a day to convert leads into paying clients.

The first month has been tough but i'm happy with the progress i've made and will continue to post updates as I go.

Getting the first sale

The first paid subscription came in today! Hopefully the first of many!
