Full logging support

I guess this would be a "technical" benchmark. I had minimal logging set up before, but this last week, to help track down some bugs, I finally bit the bullet and configured full logging for bot the frontend and backend of the project. I'm still using Loggly, as I was before, for all application logging, but I have now also configured for alerting of high-priority tickets. This helped me solve the bugs I was aiming for, and uncovered a few new issues I wasn't aware of.

The only user-visible change is that now some of the templates which were previously failing (and thus being skipped) are now working.
