Added Lottie and Animated SVG Exports to Flow

This is a huge milestone for us. Flow now exports to Lottie and aSVG files. Why is this big? Because we can now compete with After Effects for the UI Animation space.

Why couldn't we have before? ... Well, we were, but a LOT of teams already have Lottie entrenched in their production pipelines and it's very hard to make people / teams change how they work. Now, there's an easier tool, very powerful, that can slot in right where AE currently exists.

We got here through sheer force of will, a gamble on the remaining runway we have, brilliant efforts by our two engineers Jeremie Benhamron and Owen Delisle.
