Turn feedback into better products.
Get feedback on anything that you communicate to your visitors and customers, directly on your website.
You can now pick your own color. We already had themes, but custom colors make it even easier to make an on-brand widget. We don't have a 'powered by' label, so the feedback experience for your users is the most native one you'll find! And of course that still comes with a fresh and modern design.
The other thing that we've launched is device targeting. You can now choose if you want your survey to show up on desktops, tablets and/or mobiles.
As usual, everything is available to everyone 😃
We've only been live for about 7 months but what an incredible ride! I've been thining about the strategic direction of Freddy a lot and decided that it should be the best web feedback tool (rather than a survey tool).
In light of this, and to pre-announce some features for 2021 that will also be developed in that direction, we're launching 2.0 on Product Hunt today.
Would love to hear what you all think! https://www.producthunt.com/posts/freddy-feedback-2-0
It's only 6 months ago, time flies when you're adding value! 😃
We've recently published a post where you can read about all the things that we've added and what we felt added the most value to Freddy Feedback.
Curious to hear what features you'd like to see next!
This one is pretty big. I won't bore you with all the details behind it, let's just say it was complicated 😅.
But it's here and it's beautiful. Starting today, users can visually indicate what their feedback is about. They can attach a screen capture and even draw on it using a pen tool.

We recently introduced a new tier for just 15 / month. It's a really nice entry point for smaller companies and indie hackers.
Our Black Friday offer is still running and today is the last day. That new tier is now available for just 12 / month, forever (you can still try for free first).
It's pretty easy to explain to fellow IHs why getting customer feedback is absolutely crucial. If you're still thinking about implementation: the best approach is to just start, but here are some pointers. We now know that getting feedback:
If you're not yet collecting customer feedback, this is your chance! You still get the free trial, and after that it's 20% off, forever. Only available from today until Monday.
Recently we added a menu to responses that let you share the response via Slack, copy the comment or delete the response.
We've now also added a new design that includes the user's device information. This is useful for debugging if issues show up.

It's been a while since I've posted an update here. Freddy is still in full swing and we're talking to multiple customers to define the next set of features that we're going to launch. There are a few other projects going on at the same time so the pace has been a bit slower, but things are going well.
Also getting ready for a nice Black Friday discount! Follow us to make sure you don't miss it.
When we launched there was a project plan available. The idea was to provide an alternative to the 'subscription fatigue' where you would pay once and then get access for a limited time.
It turns out that not many people are interested in such a plan.
We still want to support solo founders and early stage startups, so we now customise our plans for those that can't afford the Pro plan.

Starting from today customers can see a preview of their survey. It's great for checking what a survey looks like after you've created it, but it's also useful for existing surveys.
The preview mode works end-to-end for testing surveys. Responses are stored and even webhook data is sent.
