1000 subscribers

Just reached 1000 subscribers!

It took longer than I thought, particularly as I reached 500 very fast (leveraging my LinkedIn audience).

After a few months of plateau, I decided share my newsletter more aggressively every week on LinkedIn, Slack, Discord, Facebook, Twitter... and it's growing better, slowly but consistently.

I think I have a qualified audience, with very good open rates (between 50% and 60%).

I see lower engagement this month, but it's the summer, and hope it'll get better soon.

Still not sure how I'll get any ROI from this newsletter.

Sponsoring and affiliate links at this volume do not bring much money.

Selling on-site React trainings is an option

But I think I'll try to become some kind of "React headhunter", as I'm in a good position to be in touch with both the companies using React, and the React developers.
