Shut company down 😔

Graphite was sort of in maintenance mode for a long time by now. It was time to shut the company down. I learned a ton from the experience. Mostly, I learned about paying attention to market indicators. I had a built-in market when I launched, but I forced the expansion and focus into b2b. That was probably my biggest mistake.

Takeaway: In an emerging technology field, it's possible that an eventual b2b company should focus on the niche consumer until the b2b market is ready for the product or until the technology is ready to make the market ready.
