Growth Ranker for IH Products

https://growthranker.com is a growth ranker for products on indiehackers.com. It analyzes all the [IH Products] (https://www.indiehackers.com/products) and rates them by Stripe-Verified revenue and Google Analytics traffic (we made sure to get @csallen's permission before using IH's data).
