Silence, Mvp and launch plans

It's almost a year since I gave the last update about gymConsole. Here is what happened with it over the last couple of months:

I started working on the project as an app + pwa. But soon after starting I realized that I'm actually pretty sick of modern webdevelopment and how everything works. So I had the brilliant idea of building my own awesome framework that makes it easy to build consumer based monile and web apps.
That's why I took the first break from building gymConsole.
After I paused building the framework (Do you have an idea how much work building a framework is?) my interests shifted and I didn't do much development in my free time. So gymConsole was still in pause mode.

After I realized that my fitness levels are on a all time low and my body didn't look the way I want it to look anymore and I started to track my weight and my nutrition again.
And soon after I remembered why I wanted to build gymConsole. Becuase there is absolutely nothing out there that helps me track my metrics the way I want it to do.

So I decided to start working on it again. But this time not with any kind of fancy framework or cool new tech. I wanted it to be usable as soon as possible. That why I looked into Ruby on Rails. And It was the right decision. I was productive from minute one.
I completed a very rough first version in a couple of days and tested it myself. And it worked almost as I imagined it.
So I doubled down on the first version and built an actual mvp.

I'm currently in heavy testing mode and need to decide about one critical UX point. Then it's launch time for gymConsole.

I hope to launch in october. The earlier the better.

If you're into fitness or any kind of tracking, check out https://gymconsole.app and tell me what you think.

I'd love to get more feedback.
