Idea - Compartmentalisation

So we had this idea to breakdown the application into the shopping isles style categories, were doctors could class questions as a certain type of category based on the diagnosis the doctor would've given. This would then allow patients access to FAQ type of information and get them to assess their symptoms from what was asked before. If unsure, they'd still be allowed to ask the question again and the doctors would refer then to a diagnosis already given if any.
