Released beta version of the app for feedback
by Alexis GrantThis is my first no-code app, built with Glide and Google Sheets. I also used Carrd for the landing page.
I started with a bigger vision, but ended up simplifying V1 to get it out there and get some feedback. Right now the app includes local hikes, restaurants and parking options. I could see us expanding to include accommodations and events as well.
I really enjoyed working with Glide on this project. I'm using the free version of the app. One piece that free version doesn't offer is maps, so I may end up paying ($19/month) at some point to upgrade for that feature.
Carrd worked fantastically to create a simple, beautiful landing page.
Today I shared the beta version on IH, Instagram and Twitter, asking for testers to offer feedback before I share it more widely. Thanks for any suggestions!
