And… shut down!

After running the business for a few months, we couldn’t reach enough growth to make a living, so we decided to close it down.

We learned a lot with this experience and shutting will free up time to work on new projects that will enable us to achieve better results on the next adventure.

See you there!

4.2k /mo is not sustainable? why not sell it?

    1. 2

Because 4k/mo was not our average month. Revenue fluctuated too much but the time spent working wouldn’t. Then there is strong and well-funded competition in the UK, which made things harder for a small team to work on this fulltime while living in London. Under different conditions, it could’ve be easier. :)

I’d love to start talking about acquiring this. Interested in parting with the code?

That could be an option, but it is only part of the business. The bigger chunk is good stylists and good deals with suppliers. Would that still be of interest?

Hmn. Good points. If you have any interest in reviving this, I’d love to start talking about it. I’m a developer by trade and a hustler by necessity, so I’m down for the challenge 💪🏽
