A lot more people signed up for styling and we started doing local events in gyms and yoga studios. This created more word-of-mouth referrals and more sales started coming in.
Tried partnering with "influencers" on Instagram and realised that following numbers mean very little. Someone with a few thousand followers can actually bring a lot more sales than someone with over a million followers. Live and learn.
Also added a tool to give feedback on outfits which should help with getting more feedback instead of the silent treatment.
We’re still at a lower-than-expected conversion rate but the future is looking brighter.
