Released major feature: Status Pages

I wanted this feature early on but didn't know how much time it will take to build this. Since I already spent too much time on the product, I decided to ship what I have, and come back later.

It took some time to get the setup right (Rails + Caddy) because I needed to issue both a wildcard certificate for my domain and certificates for third-party domains.
