Its been two months since I made Hilfedesk public and it is exciting to see 10 customers use Hilfedesk.
I was so scared of launching Hilfedesk. I was thinking that with Freshdesk and Zendesk in the market who would even bother to use Hilfedesk.
But we kept reaching out to people and kept going.
We also use Hilfedesk as the primary customer support tool at one of my other company and that helped us hone the product and its features better.
The next milestone is 100 customers.
