Updated front end & MVP-worthy database

Over the last few days, I updated the site so it looks slightly less bare minimum generic bootstrap, and updated our patent database to include every US patent from 2010 onwards, which amounts to about 2.8M documents.

There’s still a lot to do before I can call the site an “MVP”, but I am now proud to show the site to other people, and the size of the live database is such that I think I can try to get meaningful feedback pretty soon.

Yay!
