Building an audience is hard. Most of the signups have been from my friends sharing the landing page in social media. It goes to show how important personal referrals are to get people to signup.
For now, my focus is to make the newsletter as helpful as possible to the 50 that have signed up--constantly refining content. The hope is to make it so good, people are just willing to share it further.
