Launched IndieStack

Today I am officially launching the private IndieStack community. For the first few months, we've been in silent mode. Slowly finding like-minded digital makers, bootstrappers, and indie founders. So far we've reached 84 members!

The growth was a little too much, so I decided to add a paywall to add some friction to the process as well as offset some of the costs of running the community. We've also noticed that members are much more committed to the community if they pay a small membership fee.

We're so excited to start implementing virtual meetups, journey stories, and a virtual watercooler. The community is getting to know each other and it's so beautiful to see!

Real relationships are being built in a lonely indie world.

For anyone with the same mindset, I invite you to join :)

Oh I'm delighted to see this on the front page of Indie Hackers! This has been one of the most valuable groups I've ever joined. It's like a tiny mentorship community.

Thank you @cbartlett for the kind words. And thanks for being an amazing member too!

Kudos Yaro, if I may ask what tech stack have you used to build your community-building product that includes forums, chat and everything?

Thank you 🙏 we’re currently using Memberful + Discourse + Discord + Zoom. This seems to work the best for the community! Looking forward to seeing you there!
