Inksprout is the second product I'm working on and I wanted to validate the idea from the very beginning.
I ran 2 experiments:
Both times, I sent out 100 emails that I found through LinkedIn.
For the paywall, I got one user who signed up for $2.99/mo plan. I also had one guy complain about having a paywall (but oh well).
For the second batch, I had 4 signups to free plan (no upgrade yet).
What do you think?
I think indiehakers shoud start with paywall to validate the idea initially.
