New blogpost: Human-readable timestamps with Luxon

I heard about Moment.js getting essentially deprecated and found myself trying out a few of the alternatives.

Google is still oversaturated with solutions which use Moment to solve Javascript Date problems and I thought there's space for a quick post on how to use one of the leading alternatives.
