Growing Pains and Going Live

I was having a hard time with the backend process of helping over 180 new signups over night. A bit overwhelming but I sat down with some green tea and worked about 11 hours straight reading resumes, making edits and finding new jobs for these 180 new friends. I give them a few job suggestions at first and its up to them to approve or reject my suggestions. Then I edit their resume and apply to the jobs for them. I got through about 50 applicants and realized I had to improve my process. After a few days thinking about it I created a walk though video of the backend admin process and found a virtual assistant that could help me.
