I have started working on this side-project and was really looking to engage more visitors. I created the respective Twitter handle (https://twitter.com/jobsuae2) and tweeted job opportunities too, but it didn't really increase the views and subscribers as I was expecting it to be.

I realized that job seekers won't be on Twitter but on Job portals like LinkedIN. I posted on one of the LinkedIN groups and BOOM..

The post received 250+ likes, 100+ subscribers and 5k+ page views. Wow!

Lesson learnt: It's important to know your audience and where they are (LinkedIN, in my case).
