Came up with the initial idea

After reading atomic habits I was motivated and inspired to improve my habits and the initial idea was to create an app to track my habits. There were many similar apps to do this so I tried using some, one habit/self tracking app that I still use is exisit.io but I eventually didn't want to build a habit tracker app.
I was thinking what was one habit that I have stuck to that created positive impact to my life, and that was Journaling.
