Launched my newsletter for junior programmers

David G. @dpods

I finally got around to launching my newsletter focusing on career advice for junior programmers. It's called Junior To Senior and I'm using Substack as the platform because it's a platform built specifically for starting and growing newsletters.

I originally wanted to write a book and got about 5 chapters written, but I decided to move to a newsletter-style because I figured it would be easier to promote and I can get started right away instead of waiting until a book would be finished.

I'll provide more details in the future but it feels good to finally get the newsletter set up and the first post written.

Check it out at https://juniortosenior.substack.com

Hey David, I run @mentorcruise – think we have some overlap in audiences. If you'd like to collaborate, let me know. Do you have sponsorships open?

Hey @dqmonn sorry for the late response. @mentorcruise looks really interesting. I'm still focused on growing the audience and putting together some good content for the next few months, so I haven't thought about sponsorships at all to be honest.

I'd love to chat more about collaborating though! I didn't see an email in your IH profile, but feel free to reach out to me over email to chat about ideas. My email is in my IHJ profile

Looks brilliant David. Best of luck with this. I'm sure junior Devs would definitely benefit from this.

Thanks! I'm hoping it'll turn into a good way to give back to the dev community
