I strongly believe that only when one can measure things, one can improve them. With Karma Feedback, our customers can actually see if their team is becoming happier day by day. It would be great to expand on this idea and to give some tips on the best practices for employees and the leaders.
Each piece of the puzzle is important here: the feedback must be anonymous; it has to be collected regularly; it's coming from employees (real people) towards a company (virtual entity). That's how it connects the ideas that good leaders might (and should) have with reality. I'd stretch it that far :)
