On a side note, I really loathe Facebook and everything they appear to stand for (or really don't stand for).
However, for our customers it has really helped them be successful with their own campaigns and in the end, my biggest professional goal is to help them reach their own goals (which is often launching a new business).

Focus on What You Uniquely Do
Looking at the upcoming product roadmap. Starting to feel like there are somethings that will pull us off our core track.
Startups big/small are all about moving fast. However, one thing I have learned in this space for 15+ years now, is to build in some buffer times.
I often look at the things that fall to the bottom of the to-do list and realize in the moment they seemed like a great idea....but after some time passed they would have diluted the product and added unnecessary complications.
Nearing 4000 Deploys
I noticed a day or so ago, that we are almost about 4,000 deployments of our main app.
Actually, we migrated to a new Heroku app after a year. In addition, the app is actually made up of 3 different Heroku apps, so I am sure we are way over the 4000 mark.
I kept telling my your daughter how important it was to follow your dreams. And then one day, I realized while I enjoyed my work at the time, I was not following my own advice.
