During our product hunt launch, we gained 115 new users in a short period of time. This sudden influx of users briefly overwhelmed our servers. Everything has been fixed and our team is feeling incredibly thankful for everyone's support. Launching on Product Hunt is no joke.
This morning, we launched web KOYA on Product Hunt! This has been a long time coming for us and I am curious to see what comes of it. Pre-launch we had 280 users, I will be keeping an eye on our metrics as the day goes on! Yay for getting our MVP out into the world.
We are growing! In a couple of weeks, we plan to launch on Product Hunt and release a new B2B feature the following week. Lately, people have been offering UX feedback and we are keen to make these changes during our next sprint. Exciting times for KOYA. Onward.
We are slowly making our way toward 200 web KOYA customers! Along with our growth, we have encountered some incredible humans who have offered to help us with our distribution. The indie hacker space is amazing. I am grateful for this experience to grow with our users and have the opportunity to learn from them.
Last week, we gained 12 new customers in total. It was a slow week and we were feeling a bit discouraged. Then this week things exploded. In less than 3 days, we gained 34 new customers. We are all so excited! Experience the magic for yourself-->> http://getkoya.com
Today we gained an additional 12 customers. Honestly, I am amazed. This is the same amount of customers we gained in an entire week. I think the difference is that we changed the CTA on the homepage to include sending a KOYA to yourself first. It makes sense, but letting people experience KOYA before inviting their friends into the mix has made a big difference.
We just received a rude email from a customer. After taking some time to gather my thoughts and breathe, I am ecstatic. This means that our company is growing beyond our friends and family. It also means that we have the opportunity to learn and grow. I am grateful for her feedback and am happy to see how we can address her concerns.
We have 127 web KOYA Customers and are starting to see an increase in KOYA app Customers as well! Honestly, it's been baffling to notice the increase in traffic the past two weeks. After diving into our analytics, these people are mostly finding out about us organically. Our next goal is to make it possible for people to experience what KOYA is like (we would send them a KOYA) before sending their first KYOA.
Slowly, our community is growing. We are excited to see an increase in app downloads as well. Yahoo! It's fun to see people tweeting about it and sharing their experiences. One user shared both her experience + the recipient's experience with me. I loved hearing about both sides.
We gained 25 new customers in 9 days. This might not seem like much, but for us it is HUGE! We also implemented the ability for recipients to thank the sender for the KOYA. This allows us to have an additional touchpoint with the recipient. It's also been exciting to see the feedback from our initial users. Onward.
